TAKE NOTICE THAT the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026,at 6:00PM at the Lakeview Municipal Complex, 208 S. Lincoln Ave. Lakeview, Michigan to consider the following variance requests from the property owner located at 107N. Lincoln Ave. (parcel #042-317-006-30)
Setback variance for the West side of the property.
Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard as to the requested variance. Written comments will be received by the Village Manager up to 5:00 PM on (Day of Hearing) at the address below. Copies of the ZBA application are available for public inspection at the Village Offices at 208 S. Lincoln Ave., Lakeview, Michigan 48850, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
