Actions Taken:
1. Approve the Agenda.
2. Approved the January 20, 2026 regular meeting minutes.
3. Received Treasurers report.
4. Approved monthly expenses and payroll for $40,216.99.
5. Received reports from fire, zoning and cemetery.
6. Approved to appoint Trustee Andersen to be the liaison on the planning commission.
7. Approved Resolution #26.1 anything pertaining to opening and closing bank accounts or investments accounts will need to be approved by the Board.
8. Approved Resolution #26.2 any over payment of taxes less than $5.00 will not be refunded and any under payment less than $5.00 will be covered by petty cash.
Approved to let the youth group use the gym for basketball 2 nights a week for 2 weeks.
Approved to sign the chloride contract with the county for 2026 year for $34,000.00.
